Thank you very much for reading our article and your positive comments thereof.
Although you are in sync with our thought process of using the FDG PET in the scenario of discussed cases, your suggestion to do a larger prospective series is welcome. One scientific point that might be considered is the use of 18F-FLT. It is more marrow specific and in leukemias may add to be more specific.
